LATE ENTRY FEES: $5.00 (NZD) for the Marathon, Half Marathon, and 10km events.
                                    $2.00 (NZD) for the 5km event

LATE ENTRIES DATE INCLUDING ON THE DAY : BE AWARE! The date for the late entry fee commences on 03 April 2010.  A late fee applies to all events.

REFUND POLICY: Requests for refunds must be received in writing or by e-mail by 02 April 2010  NO refunds after this date.

PRIMARY SCHOOL ENTRIES:  School entries only close by 5pm 1 April 2009. NO additions to school entires accepted after this date.

A one hour cut off time has been set for late entires because of new chip timing requirement.
