The Great Forest Events take place in the scenic Matariki Forest, Waitarere Beach, Levin. The Events are run on forest roads with absolutely no vehicles to worry about. For the 2010 Events we have a half marathon circuit and two circuit marathon course giving views of the scenic Manawatu River. 10 and 5km Events are fun run/walks and we encourage families and schools to enter. There are water stations and marshals along each route and plenty of shade. |
